こまめな休憩や水分補給を心がけ、外出をひかえ、エアコンを使用する等、予防行動を普段以上に徹底しましょう！！また、外でお仕事されている方は、特にご注意ください。
市では、暑さから皆さんをお守りするクーリングシェルターを設置していますので、ご利用ください。
